Aaron Judge, Ronald Acuña Jr. elected MLB All-Star starters

Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees and Ronald Acua Jr. of the Atlanta Braves were selected to start the All-Star Game on July 19 at Dodger Stadium.

First-phase online voting began June 8 and ended Thursday, and the top vote-getter for each league received a starting berth. The second phase, which begins at noon EDT on Tuesday and finishes at 2 p.m. EDT on July 8, is for those who have progressed through the first phase. The results of the first round of voting are not carried over to the second round.

Pitchers and reserves will be revealed on July 10 along with the starting lineup on July 8.

Judge was re-elected to the bench after garnering 3.76 million votes. Acua received 3.5 million votes in the NL and was re-elected to the starting lineup.
